Very unsatisfied with this location, i was charged for a large drinks and they don't even have large cups, I asked for Sierra Mist and they didn't mention they didn't have it until I was there at the window, and obviously because I was very hungry, I drove off. I did not check what they had given me, I had ordered 4 chalupa combos, each of them came with 2 chalupas and one beef taco, but I got 3 combos with their taco, and for the fourth combo, they only included one chalupa, and to cover up their mistake they included an extra taco. So at the end there were 7 chalupas, and 5 beef tacos. And that's not the end of the story, it appears as if the chalupas had some other kind of sauce, instead of the sour cream. My wife refused to eat it, because she is allergic to certain sauces, mayonnaise-based, and she was not going to risk a reaction. I tried calling the store phone number, and they did not answer, I called over 7 times, and I never got an answer. Seems like there's no manager at the store, very bad customer service.

I asked for no spicy ranch on a cheese quesadilla for my 4 yr old. Not only did they SATURATE it in spicy ranch, they charged me for extra spicy ranch. I also ordered 2 beef and bean burritos. I got 2 burritos FULL of beans and barely any beef. The freezes were ok though.🤷♀️

Thank heavens I'm in the middle of two Taco Bells cause this one opens late, closes early, or only opens for delivery orders. And when they are open, they're incredibly slow.

Hi... In my opinion, the drive-thru should be faster than going inside to order food, since most fast-food places serve the drive-thru first... before the guests inside (Reason: the drive-thru is timed to ensure quick turn-around which is monitored by management). Additionally, if several vehicles in front of you in the drive-thru have large orders, it takes longer to prepare and package their large order than a small order would take. Other possible reasons there may be long lines in the drive-thru is that many people don't want to go inside, they don't have their payment ready, and/or they are chatting with inside staff. We live in a very fast-paced world whereas people seemed to have lost their patience... Please allow ample time if you need to stop for "fast food", then you won't be upset about long lines. Smile and enjoy some peaceful time! And have a great day!!! 😀👍
McDonald's boosts how its open 24 hours-a-day, but every night they stop serving (or are closed) for an hour to get ready for breakfast. How is everyone getting away with lying now all the time??
