Came here for a celebratory dinner. Made our reservation via the website; called to fix the amount of people from 5 to six with no issues. The manager answered the phone and was very nice. We came here via recommendation from an employee. She was not wrong, the prices are very high, but the quality of the food matched so we can’t complain. Special occasions call for opening your wallet with closed eyes! We would vote this the second best pasta in town for sure; sauces and meats were divinely tasty/well done. Try the quail, it was incredible. Plating was a bit silly for fine dining; as someone who has gone to fine restaurants around the globe, I don’t really find putting an orchid on my plate of pasta impressive unless it work with the dish/tastes good with my food. A parsley flower would have been better, or maybe oregano flowers. I grow my herbs and love using their flowers as garnish/decoration of my dishes. Hope the chef sees and considers my hot tip! Their desserts were excellent, especially the pannacotta and the grand marnier cake (incredibly floral, to die for creamy highly recommend). The waiter talked up the tiramisu so much, it was corny. As a family that has visited Italy many times we found his fake accent and counting incorrectly in Italian endearing, but a bit over the top. Also highly doubt a true Italian would ever claim the Grotta tiramisu is better than an Italian one.😂 Will definitely come back, but unfortunately have to agree with some of the other reviews in regards to sexism. Our waiter was a bit focused on my oldest daughter, kept reaching over her to serve wine and water, calling her pet names, which made her uncomfortable. Maybe just walk around the table to serve instead of reaching over guests. Also, when we received our bill, they charged us for a $65 bottle of wine rather than the $30 one we ordered. They fixed it once we pointed it out, but it was still a bit awkward. Make sure you check your bill before you pay! PS: My daughter would love to help you with your social media presence. Your instagram is very bland and does not represent your business accurately. This could help elevate your business; highly recommend hiring someone better to work on your website/marketing.

La Grotta is fantastic! Had a short notice party for 15, including 4 preschoolers, and they were able to accommodate us no problem. The food was excellent - our party had the Buffalo Strip, the Veal, the antipasto appetizer, and a seafood ravioli special that were perfect. The staff and atmosphere were top notch. 💯 Recommended.

Absolutely classy atmosphere and stellar customer service! Even when they are completely packed the staff make sure you have a most memorable fine dining experience. Highly recommend, they make their own fresh pasta, they have excellent wine, as well as delicious desserts!!!

I went here after busy time on a week night because of a friend’s recommendation. The restaurant quickly seated me. I ordered the sole for my entree and tiramisu for my dessert. The portions were quite generous. I could not finish everything on my plate. The ingredient usage was lavish. I greatly enjoyed the shiitake mushrooms and pinole nuts. The tiramisu was artfully displayed with crunchy chocolate pieces rather than cocoa. Even the included eggplant plant dip with the 3 types of bread was delicious. Amber was very patient with my requests and questions. It was a delicious dinner and I would recommend returning.

Usually the street parking is pretty decent. If you go after six, there is no fee to park on the street. Not sure if they have valet, but I did park on the side of the building no problem when I usually go there.
There are vegetarian options at times, but the menu does change
Appears as if it'd accommodate 40
Yes, it's a very small bar but yes
