The burgers, wings, fries, bbq were awesome! The ambience and all around decor was busy, over the top, and suited the theme extremely well! It was a crowded busy day that we visited. The server for our table was attentive for the first and 2nd visit to our table.... however, a birthday party was seated in our section and I believe the thoughts of a bigger tip drew her attention from.not oy our table but every other table in her section! My son and I asked for the same drink refill at the same time and his showed up but my drink never did. The refill station was behind us, so I wasn't asking her to make a trip around the world to bring me a 2nd drink. Food gets 5 stars, service is a solid forgettable!!

The worst customer service- we were told the wait was 30 min. We went to the arcade so the kids could play and was told they would come get us when the table was ready. We went to check where we were on the list after waiting for 45 min, they said they sent someone to the arcade to let us know the table was ready 15 min ago. We said nope, no one called us. They basically accused us of lying. Then they said they could put us at the bottom of the list and we would wait another 30 min. We told them both my husband and I were watching and listening as they kept saying other peoples’ names in the arcade, but they never said ours. So we said no, we didn’t want to wait for a table any longer. We would just cash in the kids’ game tickets and leave. Then they ignored us at the prize counter, the girl at the counter told my grand daughter to wait when she put her card on the counter, and would help help when she was done helping a few other children first, after 10 min, when it was finally our turn the girl behind the counter waited on a kid that was behind us in line. 🤬 I will never go there again.
