I had seen the poor reviews but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and it was a mistake. I had reserved a truck for pickup Tuesday morning at Bismarck and was told I'd be called to the day before to confirm pick up time. Day before comes and its almost 3 pm and still no call. Due to the poor reviews I call them and am told the truck is all ready for pickup in Dickinson. For those not familiar- that's 1.5 hours the wrong direction from Bismarck. I was told there was no other truck options available and it's Dickinson or bust. Movers were already scheduled so we drove 6 hours total to get the correct truck, which then didn't have the pads or straps requested. All in all very poor experience.

Horrible service we reserved a trailer two weeks ago went to go get it today they did not hold it but hold everyone else who don't need it for another week

The customer service all around is absolutely terrible! They should be ashamed of the treatment of their customers. We booked a U-Haul three weeks ago for a PCS. And less than 24 hours ahead of time they called us and said they would not allow us to take a truck one-way and that we would have to travel to Bismarck to pick up a U-Haul. Once I stated how much of an inconvenience that was, and that it would not be possible. The representative became belligerent and disrespectful. I am so disgusted. Please save your time and money.
