I have encountered a very big issue after ordering with this company for many years. Customer support giving a extreme amount of attitude along with telling me that they did not value our business and it was ok if we did not order with them anymore. These names specifically include Monica from customer support along with Rosa the manager of her office. I would like to speak with someone that is willing to handle this issue given that we still try to respect the company weather its employees try to bring it down. I have other pharmacies that are experiencing the same issues and we are hesitating to move our business elsewhere given the unprofessionalism that has been conducted.
