Cooler Runnings has a very laid back vibe. The food is good and the prices are decent. I like the outdoor seating in the summer months if it's available. It's open late night. It's the perfect spot when you just don't feel like cooking. Just be prepared to get in line and wait a little bit because everyone stops through for a plate of food here.

Oxtails were a hit, I've eaten here once at 1am and then during normal regular buisiness hours. Always consistent and good food. At night it can be a wait sometimes to get food because they are busy but always tasty. Edit: returned to this establishment on 5/28/22 a little after 6pm, I called in advance for oxtail large with rice and cabbage, and the lazy man who picked up said "yeah we have just come in and order we will have for yah. " Didn't let me place a pick up order. Then I arrive and there's a long line. Had to wait 45minutes due to slow business and line. The restaurant is falling apart and dirty in the back with dirt /dust balls falling from ceiling. Definitely will not be returning as service has declined in everyway

I ordered Jerk chicken and rice and pea through door dash and wen the order came I received a notice saying “sorry no jerk chicken” inside the bag was fry chicken instead. I wasn’t called to ask what I wanted instead or anything. No professional at all

Delicious and must stop if in town! Came here on a Sunday evening for a quick dinner! The food was fresh and delicious, probably the best rice and peas I’ve ever had! The chilli salmon was a little dry but it was tasty none the less. We also got the ital stew and chilli fried shrimp which were equally yummy! There was a bit of a wait which is surprising as everything was already made. Yummy regardless and we will be back for more!
