I visited Brooklyn after 5 years. I went into this restaurant saw a sign by the cashier that says order here so I went up and place my order. When the cashier rudely said “ Did u see it when you came in”? ( pepper shrimp) I followed instructions to the sign that say order here I didn’t know I had to look for the food.… she sent me to look for the food I didn’t see it so I told her no. She said if u nuh see it we nuh have it . JESUS why couldn’t you just say you don’t have IT from the beginning Instead of doing all the extra antics. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!
