I have been to this location many times, but this last time on June 4th, I had probably the worst chick fil a meal of my life. The sandwich was caked in salt, as were the fries. It was disgusting to eat.

You would think that after spending over $100 they'd get the order right. I know I got 2 of the sandwiches, not included in the previous total, with rewards points, but they're rewards points I earned. So I still expect it to be right. I ordered NO PICKLES, because I'm allergic to pickles. Even had the sticker on it that said NO PICKLES. So as a result I'm hungry now. So thanks. You only got 2 stars because my 2-yr old niece said the nuggets were lovely.

Employees were good. Food was ehhh. Purchased the #1 combo, fries and drink were fine. But the chicken sandwich was really plain (bun, chicken and lettuce) no sauce of any kind. I haven't been to a "Chick-fil-A" in a couple of years. So, I can't say that it was better or worse than before. May try again just to see if it was a location thing. Thanks

Everyone knows that Chick-fil-A is known really renowned for their excellent service that will rival even a five star restaurants. I went to the particular location I believe on nursery Road on April 25, 2022 at 6:45 PM. Although I don’t go to Chick-fil-A all the time I have literally never had better service anywhere but it was weird when I was not greeted with the traditional “my pleasure“ that you get by the cashier on duty that day. It didn’t much change when I reached the window either. The context of the tone was kind of like why are you here. I’m sure this is a one off experience and like I said Chick-fil-A is the best but this particular time I was thrown off by this unfriendly and unusual exchange.
