Very fast offload

Picked up a load from here that was supposed to be 6 pallets and 4900 Pounds turned out to be 10 pallets and about 3 k more weight than expected. With fuel cost and having to cancel a back load because of the weight and space limits. This trip actually cost me to deliver. Please be honest with your carriers. We will work with you. But this was shady. I recommend that all carriers pull forward and check their load before you leave since you are not allowed in the building to supervise the loading process! As a small company this hurts us bad. As we cannot afford to deliver your loads for free. I lost $1150.00 because of your company’s dishonesty! And still haven’t been paid! How would you feel if roles were reversed?
