I am very disappointed with my pool installation. As stated by the owner my husband did not tell them where to put the pump to our above ground pool. However on our initial visit with someone who came to my house they discussed how we wanted to run an electrical outlet to the corner of our yard to run our pump. during installation not once did they ask my husband where to put the pump. when I walk out my backdoor that is the first thing you see. wouldn't make sense to put it on the backside of the pool. when I told them they put it where my ladder goes they offered to move it to the right but I still would not be able to put my ladder where I normally put it on my coleman pool. I was told there was nothing they could do now that the walls were up. yes my husband was blamed by the owner for not telling them where to put it but as a company you should ask your customers. now when I walk out my back door I see and hear the pump. it takes away from the beauty of the pool. I spent a lot of money on the pool for it to look nice and now it does not. Since I cannot comment back I will place my reply here. Energy Center-Manhattan Pool what's done is done. The solutions you offered does not move the skimmer. Funny we had a pump back in the corner for two years just fine. It was discussed on our initial visit with my husband and another gentleman how we wanted to hire an electrician to run an outlet to the back for our pump so we did not have to use an extension cord. I feel other people need to be made aware of the lack of communication so your future customers know to be more vocal in their desires and not assume prior conversations are notated.
