They removed all the hats. 😔 So... no hats off to this place. Food is ok. Often it is dry. Sometimes you get amazing cuts, other times not so much for the brisket. The quesadilla special on Thursday with the pork optionally substituted for another meat is wonderful. They have a great tomatoe ranch sauce that goes well with all their sides. We have changed it up this year and we are serving Southern Fried Catfish Po'Boy Remoulade. I have let our management team know that we have had quite a bit of request for it the past couple days. Although we are not serving the quesadillas for lent this year, the catfish sandwich is very delicious!
