my aunt has passed and nobody thought to get her fingerprints. can you use a copy from her daughters birth certificate?

If you have your Loved One's fingerprints, we would be happy to assist you in creating a PIN. If you have a paper copy of the prints, you will first need to scan it to produce a high quality digital image of the prints. If you don't have a digital scanner, many office supplies stores, copy stores and public libraries can assist you with this process. Once you have a digital version of the fingerprints, please contact us Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm via phone (toll free: 855-802-6800) or online chat and one of our Client Services Coordinators will assist you.
