US Bank is a better bank. It’s better to bank with a real bank or a different credit union. I made a transaction by phone on 05/05/22 to my primary bank to have funds transferred and on 05/31/22 mazuma withdrew my transaction that I had made. It wasn’t mazuma money to begin with for them to make that type of decision. I was never informed by mazuma that doing that kind of transaction was a “BIG NO NO” and not something that mazuma would allow there members to do. Even though my primary bank had cleared the transaction and had give me a confirmation number and email saying that the transaction went through on 05/05/22. Again mazuma felt like it was a “NO NO” and withdrew the funds from my primary bank and did not notify me of this “NO NO” and what they had done. I had to find out from my primary bank of what had happened. It was not mazuma money to withdrawal or move around like that. It is there job to serve us as members and to inform us of what the “Do’s and Don’t” are and if they would support a transaction of this kind. They have terrible phone service. Never get an answer. There not there when you need them credit union or not. US Bank or any bank is better than mazuma.

While each branch is a little different, at the Lee's Summit branch, you should be able to. Bring another form of ID just in case.
Neither of the branches in Lee's Summit have a coin counter any longer. They were sending people to local Coinstar machines the last time I had coins to cash in and they just reimbursed the service fee. You'll want to call them to verify what their current procedures are for this, as my experience was 6 months ago. But I know for sure they don't have a machine to count coins.
