Joey is an excellent realtor. As a first time home buyer the process was a little daunting. However, Joey made everything incredibly easy. In a world where everyone is a "Relator" Joey is the gold standard for what a professional relator is. When talking to others about their experience with realtors I know Joey is different. We randomly picked him off the internet because of all his great reviews and I am glad we did. We spoke to a couple other realtors and learned immediately that Joey was much more knowledgeable and professional. We loved that he encouraged us to find the perfect home and not settle with something that will do. Great guy and a great realtor, give him a call.

My wife and I are from NE Colorado and are planning to retire in the Kansas City area to be near our grandchildren. We picked Joey out randomly, a year and a half ago, by looking up realtors in the area with good reviews. What a stroke of good fortune we did! He has been extremely responsive every step of the way and is so very courteous and professional. Joey was very patient and eager to look at a variety of possibilities for us since we currently live 10 hours away. We finally did locate the perfect retirement spot that fits our needs in every way. We feel Joey represents everything a great realtor should be and cannot recommend him highly enough. If you choose him for your needs, you will not regret it!

My clients are better suited to answer this for you. Please see reviews here on Google and on several of my profiles on real estate sites (Zillow, Yelp, Realtor.com, Facebook, Rate My Agent, etc) to see what some of them have said.

Will you return my calls, emails, and text messages?

Yes. Without question. I realize this is one of the major frustrations the general public has with dealing with real estate agents. I get dozens of calls and emails daily, and I work hard to reply as quickly as possible.

What if I need to make repairs or clean up some rooms in my house before we list it for sale?

I can pre-market your home to buyers and build demand while you make repairs or last minute touch-ups on our exclusive KC Coming Soon website (like a movie trailer). KCComingSoon.com/?ag=4051. If you need help finding someone to do repairs or deep cleaning, you can search from a list of trusted professionals on my app. http://homekeepr.com/join/joey-zarrillo.

How can I find out what my house is worth?

The best way to know is by getting a free Competitive Market Analysis or CMA. I'm happy to send yours any time. With a CMA you'll know exactly what homes closest to you have sold for recently and how long they were on the market. Click here to find out what your home is worth: https://rem.ax/2J4yKgv

Is the Zestimate on Zillow accurate?

Zillow rates themselves just 1 out of 5 stars in the KC area on the accuracy of their Zestimates. That's because a national company does not have access to the local intel that a local REALTOR can provide. A REALTOR has tools to give the most accurate estimate for your home. I've personally seen them fluctuate $40,000 up or down from a home's actual value.

What's the best way to choose a REALTOR?

Interview several REALTORS. Comfortable communication is important throughout the process. One important question to ask is whether they're full-time or a part-time REALTOR. There are way more part-time agents out there. You want to partner with someone that will be available when you need them. It can be tough and very frustrating when they're working their "other jobs", so always ask first.

What is the typical time frame it takes to buy a home?

A comfortable time frame when using a lender is 30 to 45 days from the time an offer is accepted. It can move even faster when paying with cash.

Do you know any lenders I could talk to to determine what I can qualify for and comfortably afford in a house payment?

Yes, I can refer several trustworthy, local lenders that can help you. They'll help determine what you can afford so you'll be confident & ready to start your home search.
