I've had an account here for about 4 years and from the start Mainstreet has been very helpful and has met all my needs. Most recently I applied for a car loan and was approved fairly quickly. The entire process was smooth and well organized. I would recommend Mainstreet for all financial endeavors.

Can you please move the atm so disabed people who have been members of this institutions prior to mainstreet buying wyandotte credit union out can use the drive thru through the windown instead of the torturest second lane which I cannot reach from my vehicle. When the building was built the atm should have never been placed in that place to obstruct from customers using the window drive thru. This is a disservice to all customers of mainstreet credit union who have mobility issues and are not allowed the opportunity to use the window drive thru. The ATM is not as important as customers who have belonged to this institutions for way over 40 yeats but apparently Mainstreet Credit Union does not care at all??? The personnel inside were great but I have complained about this before and nobody listens or cares about anyone being disabled????
