This place is a scam. They can (and do) charge you whatever you want. I was charged a ridiculous amount to see an ENT. It should have just been an office visit but I was charged for an "ear microscopy exam," ... Are you kidding me? She just shined a light in both of my ears, something that is routinely done at a doctors office. I was not told I would be charged for anything but the office exam fee. She also said she wanted to look in my throat, which seemed reasonable since she's an ENT. But I was charged for a "diagnostic laryngoscopy." I am not going here again.

My wife called this clinic today to seek help for her issue. Gerard answered her call very abrasive and rude to the point she called me crying, not understanding what she had done wrong. This is unacceptable, to have someone like that in the medical service. I will be sure to let everyone I know this business is horrible and needs to deal with their employees. I understand having a bad day, but this is ridiculous. Hopefully this is just a bad egg situation.

Wait in queue to schedule an appointment just so that it takes me to a recording machine to leave message!! CAN YOU BE A LITTLE MORE CONSIDERABLE OF PEOPLE"S TIME??????? If you can't speak to me, then don't make me wait in queue for 20 mins just to send me a to leave a message!!!!

Hello Patrizia, While we do not have a doctor on staff who speaks Italian, we do offer translation services for patients 18 and over during their medical appointments. If this is a service that you would like to use, you will need to first call and make an appointment in English (perhaps someone can assist you with this), and be sure to request that you need translation services during your appointment.
