When we want reliable, honest and needed solutions our go to is Precision Plumbing. For our drain back up and inspection, we were lucky enough to have Precision out for same day service and support. That provided relief because it was Friday and I didn’t know what the back up would do. Kay Gee was super knowledgeable. And I appreciated the 5-star treatment from putting on shoe covers and a thorough analysis. During a prior drain issue I used another drain service and was told that the cast iron pipes needed replacing for the entire home which included jack hammering the floor and pipe replacement for over $10,000! Kay Gee was thorough, explained the video and did the water tests which showed only 3 feet of pipe needed replacement. I can’t tell you what a relief and cost savings that was. So nice to have honest professional support. And I found out it’s a women owned business. Thank you!
