Eagle used to be my favorite place in Boulder to get my nails done. Unfortunately, I am never coming back. The last 3 times I came to get my nails done, I had to wait between 20-40 minutes passed my appointment time. They were overwhelmed with people and still kept saying yes to every walk in that came through the door! Unfortunately, this practice has lead their work to go downhill as well, likely because they have to rush to get to all the people they overbooked. If this practice is fixed, I’d come back, but for now I’m looking for a new place.

Service & quality here has been average. I kept coming back & tipping well. Quality has been degrading lately but I still tipped well. I usually make reservations ahead of time even though they tend to run late. Today, even though I made a reservation days ago, I was rudely turned away because they took too many walk-ins & had no room left. Pretty disappointed. Definitely lost me as a customer 😓
