I have had nothing but positive experiences here. After an attack my dog was left bleeding and injured and they wasted no time assisting me, making me feel comfortable and communicating treatment plans and expenses. In the following months, I had a much less pressing incident with my cat. I did wait for serval hours as it is a triage hospital on a busy Sunday evening. That being said I admire the way the staff operates to make everyone feel a sense of calm in what could be a very stressful environment. They have my trust with anything moving forward.

Had to bring my anxious, vet-reactive 1-year-old cattle dog mix in for stitches and they went above and beyond to make sure the visit wouldn't add to his fears. Vet, techs and assistants were all patient and compassionate while still getting the job done well. What's more, they were made care-related decisions that made the most sense for my specific dog's personality--ie, dissolvable stitches so he wouldn't have to have another vet visit; avoiding a bandage because he is the type to not just remove it but ingest. Having to bring your best friend to an ER is never a good day, but these folks made it as painless as possible for all of us.
