The apartments are nice and my application process was smooth. However after 2 years I am excited to be leaving. They have rules and regulations that aren’t even enforced. Mainly the one car per household rule. As a paying tenant I should be able to park where I PAY to live but instead there aren’t any parking spaces for anyone working the late shift. The parking lot is constantly full of cars from people that don’t even live there forcing actual paying residents to find parking elsewhere which usually ends in receiving a ticket from the police for being parked on the street. They claim cars without a parking sticker will be towed but fail to inform u the rule only applies Mon-Fri 8-5. Also cars are broken into and the office won’t even simply playback the surveillance footage. They have ONE standard sized dumpster for the entire complex which is overflowing with trash EVERY weekend and holiday. Could be a nice complex but they need to hire security or something, provide additional parking, and the obvious get additional dumpsters…. a few amenities would be nice as well.

Moved into my apartment and the application process was smooth. All of management and maintenance are kind, the grounds are kept clean and it’s safe with a secure building! I love my updated apartment. I highly recommend Marketplace apartments.
