This place is a scam. They don’t address your issues and when you properly clarify issues in your move-in checklist they try to steal your security deposit on move out for damages that were in the apartment to begin with. DO NOT move here and if you do be sure to take pictures of every little thing because they only make updates on your dime by stealing your security deposit.

The layout/size of the units and location is what attracted me to Park Lane. However, I have become very disappointed with the landscaping and the poor maintenance of the garbage bins. I've lived here for 3 years love how quite it is the staff is wonderful why I gave 2 stars the appliances are old and the cabinet are out dated and I asked about getting them updated I was told my rent will go up if there was any update, why would I pay for updates for something I don't own. I will be moving when my lease is up. The rent goes up every year and no improvement.
