Great selections not alot of options for custom orders and the staff shows you stuff then walks off to help other guest with not return. I was ready to buy a couch and the way the staff handled customers made me leave

Does anyone else feel that they were scammed on a mattress. I would suggest buying a mattress elsewhere. What i spent over 1600 dollars on is a diaster, the 200 i spent on a warrenty was a waste. The mattress is junk. Scam.

Went to pay the bill

Every time I call I get a bunch of bs....been waiting on furniture since January. I was told my furniture would be in 1st or second week if January here it is March 21st and now it's another week. Everytime I call nothing but lies. Never again

Does this store always have everything backordered for months I have been waiting on a couch almost going on 3 months? The date keeps being pushed back

Wow, that's not a good sign. I use to work @ Value City Furniture. That happened all the time. There furniture came from Ohio. I would demand/asked for a refund. That's ridiculous. Good Luck!

Sometimes they have a sale where they include the frame. Usually it's not included.
