Do the king mattress come with the fame

Sometimes they have a sale where they include the frame. Usually it's not included.

Some may, I personally upgraded my mattresses to firmer versions and paid separately for them. It depends on the sales they're running on whether mattresses are included with the frames. A sales associate will be more than glad to go over options with you.
