I put a application in here about 6yrs ago, I had 1child and a disabled mom, I got a 820 something score out of 1000 and was denied a place, I applied for a home loan at the bank, got approved. The lady that did my paperwork was rude, and they wanted to know how I owned 3 cars But in the end everything worked out for us, I'm a homeowner Thanks for giving me that extra push

Since moving here 3+ years ago this place has went down bad. I understand it's low income for most, but somebody cared about how the property was kept IN THE BEGINNING.... But now, Nobody cares. And some of the tenants are ....... Just smh. I planned on being here a few more years... But the way its going.... I might be outta here sooner than later!
