I have had excellent experiences here, but really need to be able to speak on the phone with someone who is conversant in English. It's very frustrating that conversations are limited to "what time?" and I can't talk about what I need from the massage. My wife and I would be frequent customers if we were able to request our preferred therapists. Today, we both have opted to go elsewhere.
