I also recieved a letter in November and still havent heard anything back i checked the list and i my number went down but now i cant even access the site anymore anyone else have this problem?

Yes ... That means you're getting close they just trying to see how many bedrooms u need they take the ones who has less rooms first because I'm # 24 and I need a 3 bedroom

Mine said the same thing and someone from the housing called me and said only six hundred was selected. And if it say deleted we were not selected in the lottery. But if it says deleted with a number underneath with active you were selected

Hey does any of you know about how long it normally takes for this I was picked in the lottery drawing also I'm now 605 and earlier today I was 608

They're discontinuing the low income housing program, and are focusing solely on section 8. The reason why is that they are being forced to close autmn house, and the scatter site homes for the time being because of necessary repairs. So they are switching everything over to a R.A.D. system in hopes it will bring more money for the repairs needed on all of their neglected properties. Withington West will house some of the autumn house people while construction is ongoing. Also autmn house is being torn down, and rebuilt / relocated. I just live at Withington West. I am no way associated with the Ferndale Housing Commission.

Omg, that's just horrible! I've been on the list since 2015. Every time I check, my number just keeps getting higher. My cousin who is also disabled got her voucher through Plymouth Housing Commission and the whole process from applying to getting her voucher took less than a year. Yeah, something isn't right here.

That the waiting list is closed idk that's what i read mine says the same but they told me that we won't hear nothing back until next month
