Hello! To inquire about having a tour, please give the leasing office a call at at 313-861-9568. They volunteer Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

No the apartments don't have it's own washer/dryer or connection. The building have a laundry room with 5 washers and 5 dryers that is shared by each apartment.

Hello! The age criteria for Meyers Plaza is 62 years of age and older. We do have a couple of co-ops that lowered their age criteria to 55 and older. Please give our waitlist specialist a call at 1-800-593-3052 to inquire.

Well you call co-op and report it or to the building Liaison

You submit a request for repairs. Also you can try to request reimbursement for food you lost. Maybe half you receipt might will help.

No superstition here. We have many co-ops that have apartment numbers ending in 11 and 13. It may just be the way the hallways were laid out, but not really sure.

Hello! You can download and print off the pre-application form for Meyers Plaza Co-op by visiting our website: www.csi.coop. When the home page comes up, click on "locations," then "Michigan." You'll see a listing of our co-ops by city. Click on Meyers Plaza's page. When their page comes up, scroll down to the graphic details box. There you will see an "apply" link. Click on the "apply" link and follow directions. You'll be able to download and print off the form. There will be an address at top right hand corner of form, as to where to send this back. Meyers Plaza Co-op Senior Apartments is located on Meyers between Curtis and McNichols. It's located next door to the Northwest Activities Center. It's for seniors 62 years of age and older.

The rent is 30 percent of the gross monthly income. Water and gas are included in the rent.

Meyers does not have private balconies. They do, however, have balconies and large community lounges on floors two and three.
