The entire place was decked out in beautiful decorations, the moment you walked in you were already in the story. 20/10 would go again and I want to get to know the actors!

Layout of the theater sitting was very nice, upper rows situated so your view is not blocked by tall folks, bar had comfortable seats and interesting artwork and on the plus side is directly across the street from the subway.

Check the website or call the theater directly.
It is a theater and tickets should be purchased in advance. Unless there are specific age restrictions for a specific production there are usually not age restrictions. If you are talking about Blue Nocturne the club downstairs you would have to call and inquire what their policy is.
There are multiple theater groups that use this space so that depends on what you are going to see. The House Theatre charges the same price but all of the tickets are affordable and they have parent's guides for their shows letting you know what to expect from each play and helping you decide if a play is age appropriate.
A lot of the street parking is residential/restricted, but you can find meters just down the street anywhere
