Creative installed new carpeting on our condo’s balconies. Very poor workmanship and customer service. It’s the worst carpet job you could ever imagine. Don’t use this company!!!!!! Horrible, unskilled installers and they will not stand behind their product or installation……..Well Mark at Creative has agreed to replace the carpeting next spring. I’m sure everything will turn out better this time around. He handled it in a very professional manner. My compliments. Don

We have a bright beautiful showroom with floors galore! Plenty of samples to explore and even take home to see how it goes with your decor. Our flooring consultants are extremely knowledgable and will provide free flooring advice to help you make your final selection.
Thanks for the inquiry! I do not usually recommend the "floating" lvt for basements due to the possibility of flooding. If the water gets under the floor, it will be come trapped! The glued down version of the Luxury Vinyl Planks would be a better option to resist that issue. We have both options in our showroom and would be happy to show you in person!
