I don’t know what rules you follow, why an old woman is kept in the reception profession? This is not true at all. I was going to destroy the reception room last week because I did not find the response and help from two old ladies in the reception job. A young man or woman should be placed in this job. No They are over 40 years old, and this is a problem that in all hospitals and nursing homes ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not right

Gave me a hard time when requesting documents even though I was executor of my aunts estate. They were willing to give information to my cousin, who was not a legal representative, but who was on their contact list. You'd think this place would know how to work with executors, but the lady I spoke with refused to cooperate. Glad my cousin was still alive to get what I needed to close the estate. I was thinking my aunt's estate lawyer would have to take them to court to get records!

My Mom received very good care at CBV. She passed away 😢 recently, but was a resident for almost 2 years. Facility is clean and immaculate inside. Staff was awesome; nurses were communcative and very professional; CNAs who have a tough job were great; social worker, Amy and Pastor Mike were incredibly kind and supportive, especially at the end. My Mom enjoyed the activities and made lots of friends. My family and I are grateful that the last years of her life, she was well cared for and treated with utmost dignity and respect 🙏 ❤️ 💖

My father's last year was at Central Baptist Village. I can't say enough about the care, the facility, the staff. The comfort and security they provided for a 92 year old man with dementia. I visited him 5-6 days a week and was on my way there when I received a call and they told me to hurry. My father passed, with him being held in my arms. That's been over 10 years ago and I still remember it like it was yesterday. They are a Godsend, period. Can't recommend them highly enough.
