Uneducated employees at the front desk. First you need to call to make an appointment then you don’t, which is it??? I visit my grandma all the time and I called to make sure you don’t need to make an appointment due to Covid and the lady at the front desk don’t me that I’m not on the list. What list? There is no list. I have gone multiple times to visit my grandmother and now because I am not on the list, I can’t see her… what is this.. a jail!?! This is just unbelievable. The employees are not educated and can’t do their jobs correctly. Please what ever you do, do not bring your loved ones to this nursing home. You will not be allowed to visit when you please. The ladies at the front desk need to be fired.

This place is a joke ! Especially the cna’s …they lazy, and they always have attitudes ! My father calls me every other day complaining, telling me how mean one of the staffs((cna))are being to him. I really wish my father had better insurance, he would not be in that place ! I really hope these unprofessional staffs get they act together ,because it’s not right to mistreat others especially when they can’t do for themselves ! I use to get very angry when my father call me crying, I’ve never seen or heard my father cry before until he got in that place. His belongings would come up missing. I don’t know how many time me and my siblings had to buy him a phone charger, because his would always magically came up missing. They ate his food numerous of times. His social worker sucked as well. I can go on and on ! I wouldn’t suggest anyone to put they loved ones here. Even if this place was your last option((don’t !!!)) We finally was able to get my father out of there, thank GOD. He’s doing very well

The senior administration staff are all liers and try their best to cover things up. Elizabeth, Sandra, Larul and Bryan the social worker. For Bryan to be a social worker he continues to lie and don't seem to know anything about his position. I am looking for their staff to all lose their license to avoid stress for other people love ones.

Do not take your love ones here! My aunt has been in this facility for three weeks and not a shower or bath from the nurses. She’s there for rehab to get her walking again and I have no idea what her progress is. Every time I call the nurses front desk says they are handing out medication or food. I’ve called for the administrator three times and no call back. There are no phones in the patients rooms. My aunt calls me most of the time she needs a nurse. Because they don’t come when you press the call button. So I have to call several times to get someone. When she first got there she was complaining for two days it’s hot in here. Someone finally checked the thermostat turns out it was on heat not cool and this was on a 90 degree day. My aunt also one night was having trouble breathing and kept pressing call button for a nurse no one came so she called 911. Ambulance took her to the hospital where she was having rapid heartbeat. She could have had a heart attack and died and no one came to her room when she needed help! I would give this nursing home no stars!
