the treatment with the gynecologist is simply exceptional, she is a doctor who takes the time with each of her patients and resolves each of her doubts, this is my second pregnancy and I love her attention!!!

It took a week and several phone calls to get someone to do the authorization with my insurance so I could have an mri. Than I had a mammogram at the hospital. I was never called and told I needed a follow-up for results. The hospital called and said they needed more films. After which I need to schedule a biopsy. After almost a week and several more phone calls I finally got a nurse on the phone who told me I needed to schedule an appointment about results from first mammogram. I explained the situation and was given a phone appointment. 4 mins and I was told I sent to order already. Day after the biopsy I finally get a call back from the message 3 weeks earlier. Now I can't get a call or nurse on the phone to find out my results.

Initial experience was ok, I was calling around looking for a new OBGYN, and was shocked I was able to get an appointment for the following day as a new patient. The visit went fine, the follow up process is the WORST I’ve ever experienced in healthcare. Almost weeks after my appointment I had yet to hear back about test results, and that was the first time I found out when you call in that it is a call-center system. There is NO way to speak to anybody at the office that you go to call center is only able to “leave a note on file and a nurse will get back to you shortly. I believe it was over a month till I got a call back despite calling into the call center and multiple notes left, an employee even stated “oh yeah you were here a while ago and no one called you?!” And then there is the most recent issue with my birth control refill, I called in and the automated service told me to put in a request with my pharmacy a week before I need a refill. I did exactly what I was supposed to do, five days go by with no response so I call again and asked for a note to be put in my file to approve the refill request my pharmacy sent over days ago. It has now been two weeks and my pharmacy just notified me they still have not received approval. So this (my) health care provider was unable to do their job, so I had to find a way to provide for myself. And I just paid for a third-party online birth control company to send me birth control- that the only reason I take it is to reduce the severe endo pain monthly- all because this provider was unable to approve a simply pharmacy refill request or call me back. Ridiculous. Do better.
