Friendly service and great product range! We visit the store as much as once per week, when we are in the vicinity. Their proces are pretty competitive and they represent a good range of innovation for craft projects and productivity; especially in the areas of fabric, sewing, knitting, needlepoint, leather, jewelry, small wood, and art in general. Their ranges of ornaments and seasonal ornaments are also very attractive.

I would call during the day, Monday to Friday. You are more likely to find a manager in then. Hope you have a receipt showing it was dropped off there and possibly the purchase receipt just in case.
I had to add another person to my order when I initially placed it I don't know if you can add it after but just send her your email of the order all they asked me was the last name when I picked up someone else's order
Do you mean FOAM BEANS for filling bean bags? If so, yes, Joann has them in store and online.
