I always love my food from here except this last visit where most of it was not prepared correctly. I hate the core of the lettuce in the salad..I don't know why any good cook would expect someone to eat that hard core of the lettuce. The lettuce was old. I think they ate the chicken before it made it to the salad. They had tea on the outside of the boxed food and the tea container itself was nasty with hard food particles on the outside and handle. I can only speculate what was on there. I asked for no cheese on the sliders and still got cheese.. asked for silverware and got none.. I always tip though a they do is carry to car.. and in the past I haven't mind doing this because I figure they check over the order to ensure it's correct but this girl obviously had other things on her mind since I had to send her back in for the tea .. so how did she get tea inside the bag ? It's anyone guess. Will this stop me from going here probably not.. since usually the place is excellent.

I am not a frequent Chili's customer BUT when I do go, Abby has always been my waitress and she is AMAZING!!! The way she greets the table and how she goes above and beyond is why I will go back to Chili's. Thank you Abby for helping with my love of Chili's pickles and just being the best.

Stopped by for drinks and appetizers after a walk on a warm day Spring day. We ordered two adult cocktails which were strong and well mixed. Also got a Shirley Temple for my son who likes to participate without the alcohol. Our waitress delighted him by adding extra cocktail cherries. We sat in a booth near the bar and things were not loud at all. This was very welcome. Our waitress was attentive, and super friendly. Great visit.

Will not return to this chili's Pasta Aldente tasted like it was prepared in a microwaved right off the sysco truck the Waitresses were nice atmosphere nice The establishment was pretty clean. But the food definitely lacking
