This was our first order from Blaze. We ordered a cauliflower pizza. The pizza had a very thin amount of sauce and just a sprinkle of cheese and a few black olives. The pizza looked like a kid made it. We called and talk to the manager he did apologize and asked if we wanted another pizza we declined his offer I really wanted him to keep an eye what is going on in his kitchen.

The pizza is always yummy! I typically order online but decided to order in the store today. I’m glad I did. The staff were all great and made recommendations to enhance our pizza. I enjoyed watching their process.

I'm not from Virginia to bad I can't take these beers on the airplane we have Idaho potato chips I guess Virginia has beer . Were from Idaho came to Virginia for daughter's on line boyfriend graduation this is the only place I can eat that won't make me sick Thank you Virginia that there is a Blaze pizza here .

I ordered a gluten free, vegan pizza because I have an allergy. Typically, not a problem - they nail it. This time, I’m two slices in and realize something is severely off. They gave me a regular pizza. Luckily, I’m not celiac, but this will most likely effect me negatively for the next 3 weeks-month. I’ve steadily watched the service at this location go down hill. Half the staff has their head phones in their ears, not really a shock they can’t hear anything I’m saying. I’m not one to complain, but if it messes with my health, I’ve got a problem. When I called, they told me to “bring the pizza back.” Customer service? 0. If you have a health allergy, be VERY clear what you need and check your pizza before you leave.
