Wish I could give 0 stars. We waited 10 min in lobby no one came out. Phone was ringing off the hook. lady waiting on her to go order told us "Good luck, I waited forever" After an additional 5 min we decided to leave after we watched & heard the lady tell the hostess/waitress that you have people waiting in lobby and the employee didn't do anything. I then witness the employee watch us leave without saying anything to us. VERY DISAPPOINTED on this location.

Excellent food and service! I ordered Rainbow Trout and my husband order the Flounder Stuffed with Lobster. Both dishes were delicious and filling. They are served with your choice of 2 sides. My baked potato which I asked for plain was moist and the trout was flaky and seasoned to perfection. David was our server. He was friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I had never had trout before so I was hesitant, but he was helpful and patient in answering my questions. I would recommend Red Lobster for their awesome seafood and wonderful service!

Hands down the best dining experience I've had in a long while. Went to this location on Friday and the service was fantastic and the food was on point. Kaitlynn was my waitress and she nailed it. She had a fantastic attitude and energy throughout, and a FANTASTIC smile that never wavered. Kaitlynn and the amazing food have me already planning a return trip soon.

Went in for a quick easy dinner. The staff is incredibly kind. We had Bianca who was the sweetest woman ever. There was a mixup with our food. She instantly addressed the issue. The manager Dale came over and fixed it. He was so great about everything. You can tell both of them truly cared that we left happy. Their customer service is perfect, they are welcoming and funny! They went above traditional service!
