Needed a ring redesigned and the staff here was extremely helpful. Marge enthusiastically selected several rings that would compliment my existing diamond. After narrowing it down to 2; both rings were ordered for my viewing. After making a final selection, I was informed via text of the status. The completed ring arrived and turned out better than I expected; absolutely exquisite! I’ve passed this jeweler thousands of times without a 2nd thought but not anymore!!

The man at the counter was extremely friendly and professional. I came in with a few pieces that I was looking to sell and didn't quite know what to expect price wise. It was explained to me that I'd be able to get a lot more for the pearl items if I tried to sell them to another individual through something like ebay. He also explained that it might be better to hold onto the gold/diamond ring and trade it in somewhere once I'm looking for an engagement ring, as that would give me more value for what I had. Definitely good advice for a man in their mid 20's. The gentleman at the counter(who I'm assuming was the owner) easily could have given me a lowball price on my items to make a quick buck, but he instead gave me helpful advice at his own expense. I definitely know where I'm going for a ring when I'm ready to take the next step with my lady!
