I'm honestly sitting in my car crying because of this wonderful jeweler. I have a very simple, silver wedding ring that I haven't been able to wear the last few years because my fingers have gotten larger. I reached out by email yesterday to confirm they do resizing, and Sara responded quickly that they do, and she told me I could come in any time during business hours to find out more. So I went in today and she just did it. She sized it up a little, had me test it, then sized it up a bit more until it fit just like on my wedding day! She remembered that I had mentioned needing to clean it, and offered to clean it for me right then and there. When I put my ring on, I was speechless. It is perfect!!! When I asked how much, she said nothing. She did all that for free! I'm sure, with a more delicate or extravagant piece, it would take more time and thus cost more, but I can tell you right now that it's worth it. Just from listening to another customer talking with another associate in the shop, I could hear the knowledge, pride, and kindness that seem to be their business model. Trust me when I say....the next time I buy a piece of jewelry or need a repair, the only place I'll be going is here!!!

Went in to get a watch resized and they were SUPER quick and even more friendly. Were very knowledgeable and made sure I left happy. Will absolutely go there anytime for resizing and even my next watch purchase.

Hi Dori! It depends on the repair that we're doing for you. Some items we can work on here, as we have a full shop on premises; however, if your item does leave the shop, it is hand delivered to our master goldsmith or master watchmaker downtown by one of our owners.
We require all customers & employees to wear masks. Only 6 people in the store at a time (there are only 3 of us who work here, so 2 customers per employee). We sanitize the door handles, jewelry cases & register often. We have hand sanitizer available for everyone to use.
Hi Craig! We should be able to replace it but it may not be that brand specifically. If you could bring it in and we can take a look that would be best :)
