THE FRIES!! Best fries at any Wendy's I've ever been to in my life. I've lived in MI, GA, FL, and SC and went to many different Wendy's. These fries here are crispy crunchy NOT SOGGY & NOT BURNT and ALWAYS FRESH...idk how they do it. These fries are perfect for dipping in frosties if you so choose.

Not as bad as the other one in town, but still not good. Wendy's newest commitment to hot and crispy fries doesn't exist in Newport News apparently. Fries were lukewarm and not fresh, the oil wasn't clean either. You know when the oil stains the food that it's passed when it should have been changed. Food quality was meh, I got nuggets and they weren't old but they weren't remotely fresh either. The service wasn't particularly friendly, and I personally won't be returning.

I ordered two grilled asiago ranch chicken sandwiches no tomato. I have no idea what these sandwiches are that I received. The grilled chicken is right but that's it. No cheese, no bacon, no ranch x 2. Those aren't cheap sandwiches I ordered either. Maybe you were all preoccupied with the 20 meal order going on inside. This place was great when I first starting coming here but it's getting pretty consistent that something's wrong with my order and thankfully I get to find out after I've driven all the way home. What did I even get?
