Terrible customer SVC from management to employees not knowledgeable and do not know where and if they have anything. Home Depot was where I received great customer service and knowledgeable answers.

I love Lowes! As a Realtor, I frequent this place often when I’m preparing a house for the market. I make copies of house keys, pick paint colors, buy lightbulbs, plants, door mats and anything else I need. They are well stocked and the staff is so helpful!

Customer service at this store is superb! Everyone is very nice and helpful and I never have to look far to find someone to help if I have a question. They have a great selection of just about anything I’ve ever gone there to buy (paint, lumber, garden supply, tools, etc.) my only gripe is that their computer/register system must be really glitchy or antiquated because on multiple visits I’ve had issues checking out that cause a LOOONG delay. On all of these occasions, delays were because the of their computer system “froze” right as they were finishing ringing up my order and then we had to wait for the computer to reboot and then ring the whole thing up again or move my whole order to another register to try again. The longest delay was literally 45 mins. But in their defense I did have a cart FULL of items to purchase
