Poor experience. I bought a mower here on sale for store pickup. It came in after two weeks or so and the box was opened and everything was tossed around/crumpled and mower had wear on it so I asked for a fresh one. Also it had been repackaged in a Lowe's box, not sure if they thought I wouldn't pop it open first but can't confirm if that's normal. They couldn't provide me a new mower and told me to call in the next day. Called in and they'd talk to me for a minute then put me on hold, that went on for a little over 3 hours. A department manager left my number with the store manager, they never called me back. They won't give me the sale price I bought it for but did refund me what I paid. Seems like they just didn't want to honor the sale price after trying to sell me a beat to death product as new. Nobody was rude but not a single person wanted to figure this out. Weird business practices and customer service. Took the refund and just bought it the same product full price online from a different company.
