The price is okay. Like most places rent goes up each year. My main issues are the lack of LIGHT and there’s a neighborhood behind you, below, to the sides etc. I can hear everything my bottom neighbor does. Why is there only ONE window in each room????? And there are NO PEEP HOLES on the doors 🙄 i should have done more research but i was desperate at the time and there wasn’t really an opportunity to view apartment before getting it.

I thought I would hate living in an apartment but I love it here. Barbara and the staff are the best. The neighbors are mostly wonderful. Quiet and safe place. Everyone looks out for everyone here. I've lived here over a year and I'm glad I found this place.

We are a pet-friendly community. However, you are required to pay a non-refundable pet FEE of $400 and pet rent of $20 per month added to your monthly rent. There are pet restrictions that will apply, such as weight and breed restrictions. You are NOT allowed to bring a pet to visit. Please ask office for more details.

Residents are required to pay all utilities, including electric, water, sewer, trash, and they will be responsible for paying their portion of the utilities each month, in addition to their monthly rent.
There are several ways that you can pay your rent. Pay with a personal check or cashier’s check. Pay with a credit or debit card online through our online resident portal *This option does cost a small convenience fee. Pay with a check online through our online resident portal. *This option does NOT cost a convenience fee.
The First month’s rent is due at move-in. First Month’s Rent is required to be paid by Cashier’s Check. No personal checks will be accepted for first month’s rent. Rent will be due on the 1st of each month. If rent is not paid as of the 5th day of each month a $75 late fee is charged. If a rent payment is returned for any reason, a $50 returned check fee is charged on top of the late fees.
A non-refundable move-in fee of $300 to $500 is required in lieu of a security deposit. The specific non-refundable move-in fee will be established after your application is processed, including a full background, check, credit check and financial criteria.
