And honestly it don't matter even if the rent is a grand. There is no way an income of at least 4k is needed to rent for a lower income renting ...absolutely absurd and definitely some type of price gouging idk .. but I highly doubt many people make that in a months time. Some do. But most dont..!!!

Quiet, well maintained neighborhood. Built in the early 80s the units have some wear but cannot beat for the price. Maintenance staff is quick, professional, and accommodating. Jen in the front office is fair and always willing to help where she can. Run by Elon Property Management, roofs recently replaced, grounds well kept, dog friendly. Although limited room for special considerations as it is primarily ran remotely and autonomously. The rules are what they are, don't expect special treatment. Lived there 2 years. 1 year in studio, 1 year in a one bedroom.

When I inquired about these rentals for whispering pines just for the rent price of 7 hundred or something they require you to make 4 grand a month. No one needs to make 4 grand a month just to be able to be approved to rent these places. None of the jobs here in Florida pay people incomes to be expected to make 3 times the rent. If you bring home 2,000.00 a month then 7 hundred is not hard to pay for along with utilities but to require 3 times the amount is making it extremely too steep when renting out properties. 3 times the rent rule requirement actually makes it impossible to rent. Rent requirements are out of control. Then they wonder why hard working people are homeless like myself. I am just tired of landlords making it way to difficult to be able to rent anywhere

Whispering Pines typically charges 3 times the monthly rent. If you are looking at a $700 studio the requirement would be $2100 a month. That's a little over $13hr full time. I believe the Wendy's down the street pays $14.
I just moved In a couple weeks ago and there is a wait list for two bedroom apartments. Jennifer is great and explained there are only a couple of those on property. The majority of them are one bedroom. I'm really happy here. Try the online site that's the best way to keep up with what's available. There isn't a lot in general, the place is so clean and priced Right so that it's like the hidden gem club. Once your in you don't want to leave.
Yes they take dogs not sure of deposits or weight limit
