Property itself is rather decent, and in an okay area. The management at this location is the real issue. Absolutely horrendous, they are rarely in the office to help with issues, A/C broke in our unit and it took several calls and over TWO WEEKS to get a resolution. Recently attempted to obtain a parking pass for a visitor I was expecting for the holidays and after visiting the office 5 times over the span of two weeks and never being able to find anyone within the office my visitor finally comes and less than two days after their arrival they get towed from the property. Absolute scam artists of an organization here as they refused to help me as they stated they were always in the office but refused to provide me any proof or evidence of so. Please head my warning and just don't move here, these issues listed are just the ones from the last 3 months!!! There have been so many more that hopefully by the time you read this I am long gone from this property.
