Great gym! Staff is so friendly and helpful! Club is by far the cleanest! They have free weights, loads of cardio and several squat racks. The space outdoors is a plus! If you’re visiting the coast, this is the place to train!

Fitness 19 in Arroyo Grande is not only a gym for me but also a home. I moved to California almost 6 years ago and joined Fitness 19 almost straight away. The staff are always upbeat and friendly, the atmosphere is awesome and I have made many friends here along the way. During a trying time in my move to the United States, the staff at Fitness 19 were always there to lift me up. I couldn’t imagine feeling the same way about another gym. If it’s a day pass you need or a lifetime membership, I urge you to stop by and give Fitness 19 a try!
