1/26/21 I just called the office - correct phone is: 805-489-6888. They have tried & tried to delete the INCORRECT # listed on the web. Although this place is SUPPOSED to be for low income/disabled on SSR/SSD & is both a 70/30 (Tax Credit) & Sect 8 place ... in 2021 1 person must have an annual income of ... $16, 350 ... or HIGHER! If you've been on the wait list & your income is now BELOW that ... you will have automatically been removed WITHOUT notification. As of 2021, there are at least *700* ppl on the waiting list ... probably 1/8 the population of AG! Average wait time: 5 -10 years! Main reason besides annual increase in income requirement: Basically NO ONE EVER LEAVES THERE ... except "feet first." I wouldn't waste time applying unless you make close to $17,000/yr. There are other more flexible, TRUE low-income places in AG & Grover Beach. I was sad to learn all of this today, to say the least, after a 3-year wait .... all for nothing. :-(

I'm a 57 year old disabled person on disability and Medicare. Does the management make exceptions on the age requirement for disabled people? The apartments sound wonderful. I am looking for a one bedroom in September. Peggy R.

From what I understand, there is a long waiting list. With that in mind, there are likely dozens of people calling weekly. I wouldn't want to get all those calls. They likely made the phone # scarce so they can focus on tenants and duties.
