Delightful Los Angeles must-see venue! The magicians were all top notch and hilarious, the drinks were yummy and the food (especially the truffle fries) were delicious! Would absolutely go again if I had the chance!

"Do you like magic?" Loved my experience at the Magic Castle! When you arrive you have a picture opportunity at the front and fireplace room prior to entering. Once you say the magic words you are able to step into a Victorian historical home of mystery! The decor and staff were wonderful. There are different rooms with acts. The close up magic and being able to interact with magicians made the evening a fully immersive experience!

I've visited The Magic Castle multiple times over the years and always have a great time. Most recent visit was over the weekend and we saw some great magicians ranging from old-school card tricks to new tricks utilizing technology (phones). Always impressed! The castle itself is historic and just really cool wandering around inside and learning the history. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the food. With a night visit, dinner is required and each person must order an entree (which is fine by me). BUT, the food is way overpriced and very mediocre. Zero taste, overcooked, etc for $40+. It's funny that they have such a fancy dress code to serve you bland overcooked food. I would totally recommend visiting, just be prepared for bland food.

It's an incredible experience. I highly recommend it!

If watching magic quietly for your bachelor party I'd your thing... Find a member to take you . It's a private club with several theaters
Yes they do! They also have a Sunday brunch where kids are allowed! Check out their website!
You cant just walk in or buy a ticket, it just doesnt work that way. Ita invite only but if you book a night at the magic castle hotel theu will provide you with an invitation foe the magic castle, so i guess the easiest way is to just give the magic castle hotel a call and confirm that and make arrangements.
Thank you! I will try booking a room.
@Zack Curtis are you still around? I would like to speak with you about me taking a friend there as a birthday gift. Need a members assistance 😊.
We met a magician at our local library and asked if he could get us into the Magic Castle and he said yes. If you are at any magic show i suggest asking as we did. You never know.
It is real, it is great entertainment! Adults only except for specific shows, and like Peter said, membership is only an application away!
You have to be a member, or get an invitation from a member. Yes, staying at the Magic Castle Hotel also includes posts for entry.
I agree with Monica Marks

Also tickets are for up to six and there will be a cover charge still.
Yes they have several bar areas inside the Magic Castle where you can get a drink and bar food.
Brunch on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Food is great. Cost is about $30 p/p and they give you your ticket for the main stage show.
Please call the club and discuss this with the reservations department. They are mostnup to date on club buyouts ans closures. As the above post mentioned, yoyll need ti have a pass to get in, as this is an exclusive members club.
I believe that it is a membership club, but give them a call, it is an amazing experience!
I believe that I will be there the evening of May 11, 2018... perhaps I can add a few guests to my list if that will help
I think it would start with a blood pact and include being silently interviewed by a shadow in the piano room.
