Went through the drive-thru and cashier was very rude didn't catch his name but he was Hispanic with curly puffy hair did not have any customer service I was very nice from the beginning , was having a conversation with the person in the car and he decided to insert himself in the conversation and made assumptions that we were talking to him and slammed the window like a weirdo , so lucky I didn't feel like arguing if you don't like your job you should have finished school and or gotten a better job we were nice to him the whole time they need a whole change of staff stop hiring little kids that can't handle busy jobs .

You ask for a whole chicken and they give you 4 F'n leg quarters. Ridiculous. The messed up part is that they do it on purpose.. instead of telling people that they don't have a whole dam chicken they make it heavy so you don't notice.

This Pollo Tropical location on 1st Avenue in Florida City is a great place to stop for chicken and sides that are delicious and flavorful. They are worth the wait to get the food and sauces. I have had a really good experience coming here and the staff here works hard to get everything to you.
