Excellent room. Clean and it was a handicap room which met the requirements. The staff was nice and helpful in meeting my needs. A quiet place to evacuate to from a hurricane. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Not sure why there are so many good reviews. Shower curtains are torn, very old furniture and bed. The mattress is very very uncomfortable, it is sinking in and giving me a back pain. The sheets feel faded and old, don't feel like sleeping over them or putting them over myself. The shower is just okay as well. Don't come with an expectation of a good renovated room, it is pretty old.

This is the best place ever. We were there at BW for 9 days. Omg the staff is the best from front desk, housekeeping to maintenance. I can not share what a great experience this was, everybody had a smile always greeted you with a good day & kindness. The staff that sat up the breakfast fantastic always wanting to help you. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, FANTASTIC. Thank you so much Best Western.

Call the hotel directly and explain your requirements and they can assign rooms next to one another. They can then unlock the connector door so you have direct access between the two.

Just checked out. No problems that will affect your stay in the hotel. Except the breakfast they offer is kind of ugh. Everything else is fine.
