I never had problems with this place. I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time. But today was the worst. The sad part was to be disrespected by the own party city manager. I know you can’t make every customer happy, but respect doesn’t cost anything. Is it because of my race? I don’t know-because I literally saw her respecting other customers. But Just assuming what I want with out Properly even greeting? Is very bad. Most of the time a manager is supposed to resolve situations like this-not the other way around. The attitude this manager gave me??? Wow. Definitely never going back to this place.

This probably has everything you’re looking for to prepare for a party. I marked it down because of the cramped space around the checkout area, the tiny push trolley and not very friendly staff. As such, the overall shopping experience isn’t enjoyable.

This party city has seriously gone down hill. I used to love coming here as a kid, often before or after going to the Toys R Us that used to be across the street (gone but not forgotten). but now it’s a shadow of its former self, like Party City in general.

The store is out of helium (and their main business is sale and free delivery of helium filled balloons), but they do sell DIY helium tanks at eye popping price of $40 each. What they don't tell you is that the tanks contain mostly compressed air not helium mix, so your balloons will never ever, even for a second fly up.
